The second is for the bravest — a chance to swim in crystal-clear, icy waters and even jump from a rock if you're up for it.

At the end of the tour, our transport will be waiting to take you back to the starting point. Up for more adventure? End your journey in style with a zip line ride across the canyon.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Tara rafting dangerous?

Rafting starts only when water conditions are maximally safe. When the water is high, as in early spring, we don't do rafting. It is why rafting with us is safe and fun.

Do I have to be a swimmer?

Swimming is not a mandatory skill since all participants have life vests.

Can I swim in the Tara River?

Sure. During the rafting tour, we stop at the most beautiful place for swimming and cliff jumping, and you will have a wetsuit to protect you from cold.

Where do I leave my stuff when I'm on rafting?

You pack all your stuff in the van that will pick you up after rafting is finished, so you can change your clothes right after the tour.

What should I bring on Tara rafting?

All participants should bring a swimsuit or dry underwear to change after rafting, a bag for your dry clothes, and a towel.

Can I bring a camera or phone to the boat?

Yes. We provide waterproof bags where you can keep them if they are not waterproof. Just keep in mind that all your stuff is your responsibility.

Will the tour be cancelled if it rains?

In case of light rain, the tour is on. We delay the tour only in case of a heavy storm.

Will it be cold during rafting?

We offer options for all weather conditions. If it's sunny and hot, we provide a 4mm neoprene shorty. In case of colder weather, we provide thicker long suits and even anorak jackets if it's raining.

How many people will be on the boat?

The boats are registered for 10 people. In the season when the water level is lower, the maximum is 8.

Is there a possibility for us to be alone on the boat?

Yes, we offer a private option. The price is €100 per person, minimum 4 people.

Can we pay by card?

Yes, but sometimes internet reception in the canyon is not good and the POS terminal might not work. Cash is preferred.
