Our Story

Durmitor Adventure was born from a deep love for Montenegro's wilderness and a commitment to sharing it responsibly. Our founder, Marko, grew up in Žabljak and spent his childhood exploring every trail, canyon, and peak in Durmitor National Park.

After years of guiding international expeditions worldwide, Marko returned home to create an adventure company that reflects local values: authenticity, safety, environmental stewardship, and genuine hospitality. Today, our team of certified local guides continues that mission with every adventure.
