By using Durmitor Adventure services, you agree to the following terms.
Bookings
Bookings are confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit. The balance is due no later than the day before the activity.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the activity. For cancellations within 48 hours, 50% of the amount is retained. In case of adverse weather, the activity is rescheduled at no additional cost.
Liability
Participants must follow guide instructions at all times. Durmitor Adventure is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions.
Health Conditions
Participants must disclose any health conditions that may affect safe participation in activities.
